Company and Fund Policies

Mayfair Capital has an Equal Opportunities Employment Policy and operates a Health and Safety Policy.

All our Funds have formally adopted Environmental Policies since we believe that sustainability is a core value when investing in and managing the property.

In 2009 Mayfair Capital sought to quantify its carbon footprint and agreed to reduce this with the short term target of becoming a Carbon Neutral company and achieving ISO 141001 which is an internationally recognised standard demanding significant measurable action and will enable the management of environmental impacts.

In addition we have an Ethical Investment Policy in both our Property Income Trust for Charities and Income Plus Funds, stating that these fund will not undertake any activity which may cause it to be in disrepute with its underlying investors.
