Mayfair Capital has adopted an Ethical Investment Policy for for its Property Income Trust for Charities and Income Plus Funds. As a result, neither Fund will undertake any activity which may cause it to be in disrepute with its underlying investors. The Funds will not purchase any assets which are let to or generate income from companies involved in the following activities:

• Armaments
• Alcohol or gambling
• Any trade involved in the sex industry
