Director of Research
In 2011 Mayfair Capital appointed Sarah Bate as Director of Research. Sarah’s role, includes economic and property market trend analysis, which is integral to the strategic approach of Mayfair’s investment strategy. Sarah has worked previously at Rockspring PIM, as a Partner at Knight Frank and Jones Lang LaSalle.
