Property Income Trust for Charities (PITCH) is a tax-exempt, pooled UK commercial property vehicle that is available to all charities. With a commitment to socially responsible investment, PITCH has the advantage of allowing properties to be acquired free of Stamp Duty Land Tax and The Fund aims to deliver a relatively high and sustainable income yield whilst at least maintaining capital value in real terms over the economic cycle

Mayfair Capital Residential 2

A closed-ended Fund providing investors with attractive investment returns from Greater London residential property.

The Fund was established in May 2016 to take advantage of the lack of finance available to residential developers by investing alongside those with an extensive track records in delivering high quality developments in Greater London.

Mayfair Capital Property Unit Trust

A Fund designed for pension clients of Schroder’s Property, managed on an advisory basis by Mayfair Capital.

Mayfair Capital Property Unit Trust (MCPUT) is a Jersey domiciled Fund for the pension clients of Schroder Property. The Fund's investment objective is to provide total returns from investment in a diversified portfolio of UK commercial property and a net distribution yield on original equity of around 5% a year.

Mayfair Capital Commercial Property Trust (MCCPT)

A property Fund designed for clients of Jupiter Asset Management, managed on an advisory basis by Mayfair Capital.

Mayfair Capital Commercial Property Trust (MCCPT) is a Jersey-domiciled fund for clients invested with Jupiter Asset Management. The Fund will invest in a portfolio of UK real estate seeking to generate income with a target distribution yield is 5-5.50% p.a.
