Mayfair Capital Investment Management, the UK real estate investment manager, today announces that Graham Langlay-Smith has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Compliance Officer. He will also join the main board of the Company.
Graham joins from EQT Partners where he was Director of Finance in its real estate division. He was previously Chief Financial Officer and COO of Wainbridge, which specialises in UK commercial and residential property investments for a discretionary value-added fund and a number of separate accounts. Prior to Wainbridge, Graham spent 10 years at Credit Suisse / DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners, where he was a transaction director sourcing, underwriting, closing and asset managing property investments in the UK and continental Europe. Earlier in his career, he was Chief Financial Officer of TrizecHahn Europe, a pan-European commercial property developer, and Group Financial Controller of Dresdner Kleinwort Benson.
